Ultimate Kronos Group is seeking a hardworking & dedicated Financial Analyst – FP&A to join our UKG Sales Finance team. The right candidate will thrive in this highly visible role by providing actionable insights from in-depth sales bookings analyses, continuously work to identify trends & develop new meaningful metrics/analytics, prepare quarterly reports, and play a critical role in developing annual plans and quarterly forecasts. This position will be responsible for working with multiple levels of the business including Senior Management, UKG Sales, and Finance organizations to produce and enhance internal management reporting and analyses.

Job Responsibilities
• Propose actionable insights into sales & booking performance, including comparisons to budget & quarterly forecasts and in-depth booking & revenue analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely production of reporting of Sales for weekly flashes, monthly closes, and quarterly budget reports
• Serve as a Business Partner for Sales in developing budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analysis
• Participate in discussions with key stakeholders in Finance and Sales about findings and data
• Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
• Assist in preparation monthly/quarterly slides for Sales Operations and Board Meetings
• Assist in creation of new metrics & dashboards to drive business performance and business intelligence

Qualifications

Basic Qualification:
• Business Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Finance, Operations Finance, or FP&A modeling

Skills / Qualifications
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and interest in continuous process improvement
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently under general supervision while keeping supervisor informed
• Proficient with Excel and comfortable with large data sets
• Ability to multi-task and handle time-sensitive projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and openness to change; comfort making decisions amidst ambiguity
• Ability to establish harmonious working relationships with co-workers and to work effectively in a professional team environment
