Description

The Financial Analyst will lead financial planning, business decision analysis, and operational and business reviews. The individual will work closely with and receive guidance from team members as well as work independently with functional leadership to enhance reporting capabilities, structure conversations for smart business decisions, encourage open communication among the team and establish a framework for accountability.

Principal Responsibilities:

Conduct financial planning for UKG G&A operations, including budgets, forecasts and variance analysis reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis

Establish a framework for monthly business operating and metric reviews, enabling discussions about the current and future state of the business.

Provide support to the various G&A groups with reporting requirements and in-depth analysis as required.

Provide in depth financial analysis and models to allow for smart business decisions and ensure compliance with corporate initiatives and goals

Assist in developing scalable processes and tools to support future growth

Qualifications

• 2-4 years years of Financial Analyst experience;
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to operate in a Finance business partner role as well as working with complex financial models.
• Must be comfortable leading finance discussions and working with data for multiple sources and provide thoughtful analysis
• Self directed, self motivated and demonstrated experience providing ideas and solutions to further business understanding
• Must be able to listen and interpret the requirements of internal clients, plan accordingly and meet or exceed expectations
• Exemplifies initiative, intelligence, integrity and strives for continuous improvement
• Strong written, presentation and verbal skills
• Comfortable with finance tools - including Excel, Power Point and enterprise financial and business systems
-B.S. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
