This dynamic position, residing in the Finance organization, requires an analytical thinker who can build reporting, business intelligence, and innovative financial systems solutions. This role will specifically support Accounts Payable, Payroll and Expense Reporting but will also work across all areas of the global finance organization to assist the teams in generating greater efficiency and automation. The ideal candidate should have a background in the reporting and analysis of financial data and metrics. Job responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable, Payroll and Expense Reporting teams to define and evaluate requirements for the development of new or revamped reporting needs.
• Develop well organized KPI dashboards and reports using Microsoft PowerBI.
• Create reports and queries to assist with analytical needs using Microsoft D365.
• Take a strategic view in analyzing reporting impacts of changes caused by new business processes, system integrations, etc.
• Support and enhance usefulness of existing SharePoint sites. Also, create new sites as needed.
• Drive system related finance process improvement initiatives using innovative solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Assist with special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. MBA and/or CPA a plus.
• Experience working with modern ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred), reporting tools, SharePoint, and business intelligence tools (Microsoft PowerBI preferred).
• “Out of the box” thinker, not afraid to challenge the status quo, to achieve greater efficiencies in the finance organization.
• Experience driving system related topics on finance process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in a functional finance/accounting role preferred.
• Report building and analytical experience.
• Expert level abilities in the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
