The EPIC Services Assurance team is recruiting a Readiness Assurance Program Manager to join our Global Readiness team.

The Program Manager will be an integral part of a dynamic team tasked with driving release and organizational readiness across UKG. The selected individual must have exceptional problem solving, communication, organizational and project tracking skills. In this role, you will focus on the alignment of people, process, and technologies, allowing our operational teams to better serve customers.

• Build and foster strategic partnerships with functional enablement teams and value stream leads to ensure internal stakeholders have what they need to make our customers successful
• Ensure all cross functional teams are fully prepared for new offerings by partnering with Product Management to execute Go to Market plans
• Facilitate and track cross functional meetings focused on solving complex release processes and issues
• Ensure all milestones and tasks associated with multiple related work streams are tracked and reported in a consistent, central manner
• Drive and evolve readiness processes into a single best in breed readiness approach
• Ensure transparency and accountability are core to your relationships within EPIC and outside
• Navigate the organization’s key stakeholders to identify, document and prioritize cross-functional gaps and challenges
• Understand impacts, solicit feedback, drive process change and advocate for the functional enablement partners
• Lead challenging conversations and create consensus cross functionally
• Lead various project meetings responsible for driving change across the including providing updates/notes back to key stakeholders and senior leadership
• Evolve and continuously improve with the organization as a result of feedback and insights from U Krewers

Qualifications

• Experience with UKG products preferred
• 7+ years of experience in a complex global program management, project management or similar role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS company
• 5+ years change management experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS company
• Change management certification or designation desired (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
• PMP or PgMP certification a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet proficiency required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially when tasked with multiple priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and prioritization skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects and programs from initiation through post-implementation
• A clear understanding of the SDLC
• Ability to manage without direct authority and influence across boundaries
• Ability to juggle multiple related projects and not get lost in the details
• Ability to tailor presentations and communication style based on audience which will range from individual contributors to C level management
• Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organization
