Do you have a passion for finding the signal through the noise of complex datasets to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions? Do you enjoy regularly learning new tools to solve business problems that change as fast as life does? UKG is hiring an analyst to help guide our growth marketing team’s program and content strategy. The ideal candidate is a strong analyst with a balance of programming, project management, communication, and presentation skills. You’ll be joining a diverse team made up of digital & industry marketing experts and analytics professionals.

• Own data collection, analysis, and reporting of the growth marketing team’s contribution to our overall marketing goals
• Increase adoption of existing analytics by showing our internal customers what decisions can be made using our available data. You’ll need to work to understand how they make decisions and infuse the data into their existing processes.
• Innovate to develop and scale new solutions to problems around data quality using data manipulation and cleansing
• Support other digital transformation projects to improve processes and collaboration as needed
• Develop easy-to-use and meaningful analytics deliverables to empower stakeholders
• Develop and deliver impactful training and presentations
• Work independently and cooperatively in teams, depending on the project
• Communicate findings effectively and convincingly


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or similar required
• 3-5+ years of professional work experience in data management and analysis providing insights to stakeholders, ideally in a digitally savvy company
• 2+ Experience with business intelligence tools (Microsoft Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, Spotfire, D3, etc.)
• 1-2 years Marketing or Sales Support experience
• Must have experience with SQL, Python, or statistical processing languages (R, SAS, MATLAB)
• Aptitude for technology and ability to connect and translate concepts to customer value
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines to successful completion
• Ability to be persuasive and diplomatic and demonstrate a strong interest in understanding what motivates people to make decisions
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally
• Self-starter who can identify problems and proactively suggest then execute solutions with minimal hands-on supervision
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills

• MBA or other Master’s degree a plus
• Knowledge of mainstream marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce
• Experience in the software, workforce management, or human capital management industry
• Experience with MS Office program management and task automation tools like Planner and Power Automate a plus
• Experience working in or consulting to any of UKG’s industries
