Description & Requirements


Reporting to the Geo Marketing Manager Western Europe, you are responsible to explore new online free and paid acquisition channels in our geo to increase our brand awareness and lead generation performance.

You must possess a creative mindset with a passion for Martech and SaaS industries. As a results-driven marketer, you will be responsible for measuring performance and optimizing content.


Develop our community
Influencer outreach and engagement on social media platforms
Contribute to developing a community of HRs thought leaders through social media & other channels
Build event partnership playbook 
Launch local digital acquisition initiatives in partnership with the european digital team 
Promote our content for multiple buyer personas and develop our conversion through social media, landing pages optimizations, email sequences.
Monitor organic acquisition performances (using analytics and crawling tools) 
Analyze online content related to the brand and its competition on the social media platforms
Develop new tools or funnels to increase our number of customers.
Help build, maintain, and optimize our tools and processes.

Support SEO initiatives, building and maintaining a library of keywords and search terms, optimizing the website and current content to be search friendly, and developing of new content to boost search rankings


Desired skills and experience:

you have solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with proven expertise in problem solving. 
you have excellent project management skills.
you have a desire to experiment with innovative marketing approaches, while having a solid understanding of the internet and social media marketing best practices
you have an affinity for numbers : creating complex spreadsheets models is something you love
Experience with digital marketing tools, marketing automation software (Hubspot a plus)
Good project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
A self-starter, able to adapt in a constantly changing environment
Exceptional writing skills in French, and a good working knowledge of English. Spanish is a huge plus.
Ability to move fast and wear other hats as needed – we’re still a startup!
