UKG recently announced the acquisition of Ascentis HR. Ascentis HR has a 50 person operation in Uruguay that will be built out as an Engineering Center of Excellence for UKG. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and be a key partner to the business, support future growth of the COE and drive global HR activities.

• Partner, strategize, advise and influence management team on all aspects of people management and leadership.
• Consult with leaders on organizational design and workforce throughout COE growth.
• Represent the global HR organization in leading key programs and initiatives including:
- Employee Engagement Survey and action planning
- Performance Management Process
- Pay Review Process
- Talent Management Review Process
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (TA, Talent Management, Total Rewards etc.) to deliver services to business leaders and our people.
• Develop and build consistent HR processes that comply with local business, corporate and legal requirements.
• Manage employee concerns in partnership with HR Consulting, with an eye for resolution at the root cause and minimizing risk and disruption.
• Utilize data and analytics to help influence the business
• Act as a single point of contact for managers and team members in our Uruguay office

Qualifications

• You should have previous experience of working as an HRBP, with strong Uruguayan labour law knowledge
• Experience of working within a multinational organization will be highly advantageous
• You will be enthusiastic and keen to help drive change and new ways of working across the region
• A team player with strong communication and negotiation skills is vital as is the ability to work across a Global Matrix structure
• Change management experience is a distinct advantage as will a strong bias towards systems and organisational analysis
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build strong relationships with your respective functions
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
