Description & Requirements


The intern HRIS Project Consultant is a part of the French Operations team support the Western Europe region. He or she will be assisting the Project Manager in charge of the implementation of our solutions, driving Customers. The ideal candidate will have some experience in project management (internship, student projects etc.). He or she will also have good technical skills to help and carry out projects to help writing specifications, configurig the solution, answering questions and supporting the client in his platform usage. Experience in HR or using SaaS/in-house systems (such as ADP, Peoplesoft …) and document management systems is an advantage.


Assist the Project Manager during the full project implementation life cycle

Attend workshops along the Project Manager and participate in collecting client specifications and providing industry standards

Configure the application based on client specifications

Support the Project Manager in preparation of project governance meetings (steering committees and operational follow-ups) and in meeting minutes and reports creation

Perform unit testing, configuration validation and review in order to control customer delivery and validate UAT & golive

Internally :

Shadow the Project Manager in all his daily activities and assist him/her as required

Conduct configuration rounds and testings

Draft specification workbooks, project plans and any project deliverables in accordance with client business requirements

Keep himself/herself abreast of new product features and releases

Support the Project Manager in internal request creation and followup

Ensures all project documentation are accurate and stored into internal and external systems

Provide constructive feedbacks on all project activities and processes

Be aware of all aspects of the project and legal scope of work so proper assistance to the Project Manager can be provided

Contribute to maintain and grow our internal team knowledge


Good oral and written communications

Good presentation skills

Appetite for technical topics and for understanding UKG HSRD solutions (solution architecture, database and security) and sFTP/SSO setup

Flexibility, versatility and responsiveness

Sense of organization and rigour

Education levels: Business/Ingeneering school graduated or in final year
