The Human Resources (HR) Technologist will serve as a consultant and benefits subject matter expert for the Benefits Center of Excellence. The HR Technologist will be an analytical thinker who is organized and detail oriented and is, or will become, a UKG Pro system expert.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Benefits COE to manage the delivery of projects including configuration changes, integrations, reporting, and functionality deployment (including configuration, testing, documentation, peer review, sign off, training, change management)
• Partner with the People Solutions team to troubleshoot and solve systems’ tier 2 System Issues as they relate to the Benefits Set Up or functionality via People Assist
• Serve as technical point of contact for benefit vendors
• Work with the Benefits Team and our other HR Technologists focused on Benefits to drive our annual Open Enrollment and Life Events processes to a successful completion
• Maintains User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts, participates in and documents UAT results
• Participates as a project team member for HR Technology initiatives that require assessment, development, implementation or upgrades as needed

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Maintain data integrity in systems through creation of appropriate configuration controls, standards and processes, as well as regular audits of data
• Regularly analyze work process design and flow to drive improvement in system functionality and user experience; create forms and workflows as necessary
• May participate in other projects as assigned


• Extensive North America benefits management knowledge
• 4+ years’ experience supporting a broad range of HR data needs utilizing an enterprise-wide HR system. UKG Pro benefits management experience preferred
• Strong Testing Experience
• Experience using analytics tools and report creation
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Results oriented with the ability to build strong relationships
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
• Strong MS Excel Skills, including formulas, pivot tables and v-look-ups
• Demonstrated aptitude to learn new software solutions
• Experience in various HR products is preferred
• Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Effective communication and writing skills
