UKGPS - Consulting Operations Advisor II

The UKG Payroll Services (UKGPS) New Client Onboarding Team is focused on the onboarding of new UKG Payroll Services customers. This position will align with the Global Delivery Services Project Implementation Team to assist with the implementation process for customers who have purchased the UKGPS offering. The UKGPS New Client Onboarding Team will bring expertise and focus to ensure that specific tasks related to UKGPS are completed timely and accurately to ensure that UKG Payroll Services can deliver the services elected to the client.

Responsibilities include:
• Partner with UKG Global Delivery Services Project Implementation Teams and Partners through implementation of UKGPS Service offering in UKG Ready or UKG Dimensions
• Provide payroll and payroll tax expertise to the implementation team and client by tracking activity and status of new and add on clients implementing the UKGPS offering
• Collaborate with UKG Global Delivery Payroll Implementation Consultants (IC) to confirm proper configuration of Company Tax Codes for various types of employers
• Ensure Client Credentialing “Know Your Client” (KYC) is completed and ACH Credit Limits are established prior to first payroll submission
• Funding set-up and testing, UKGPS Community Registration, establishing contacts for Payroll Notifications, tax configuration questions such as Tax ID Go Live Requirements and SUTA / FUTA exemptions
• Importing of configuration from UKG Payroll System to MasterTax and resolution of exceptions
• Collection of required federal and state registrations and Power of Attorney forms
• Maintain updated and correct data in UKG System using Payroll Services start widget
• Performing audit functions on configuration during the build process and prior to parallel testing ensuring the Payroll IC has cleared all validation exceptions before go-live.
• Quarter-end and Year-end processes including proactive communication for accounts not yet in support in conjunction with the UKG Global Support team

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in payroll or payroll tax services organization
• Proven history of success in customer-facing position, preferable in an implementation role
• Prior experience with UKG Ready Payroll Module configuration and payroll processing and/or MasterTax preferred
• Ability to effectively work as a member of team with strong collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Associates degree preferred
