UKG is seeking an EDI Specialist to join our EverythingBenefits team. In this position, you will

be responsible for technical and configuration support for our customers EDI integrations. The position will oversee all technical tasks for multiple

customers.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

● Complete the following technical recurring tasks for multiple customers: Monitor connectivity and production errors, ensure file delivery and integration up time.

Troubleshoot connections and file delivery issues.

Complete Customer Ad Hoc requests as needed.

● Research and resolve system errors

● Benefits industry acumen and experience

● Able to troubleshoot and resolve problems, also draft root cause analysis

● Interpret benefit plan documents and understand the system configuration/set up implications of the plan

design requirements

● Manage open enrollment activities including file deliveries and census files

● Drive to continuous learning opportunities - Identify process improvement opportunities based on current

workflows in the department and communicate with leadership

● Ability to successfully track time spent on tasks/activities and follow departmental protocols

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree (B.Com./B.Sc./B.A.) plus a minimum of 3 year of related experience in a corporate and/or outsourcing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

● Ability to work 3:00 pm – 12:00 am IST to align to customers working hours

● Working knowledge of employee life-cycle Benefits Administration, related regulations, and ERISA guidelines, HIPAA Compliance

● Proven technical experience with Benefit Administration Software and/or other HCM Benefits Administration

technology solutions are required (minimum 3-year experience), PlanSource/Benefits Prime experience is preferred.

● Commitment to excellence and high standards; demonstrates the ability to hold self and others accountable for delivered work.

● Self-starter who is motivated to succeed with the proven ability to handle multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines
