Description
Job Summary:UKG is seeking a customer focused, highly energetic, and experienced individual to join our Payment Services Team. Payment Services strives to deliver exceptional quality service through the life cycle of our customer partnership. As part of the Payment Services Launch Team, the Implementation Rep Primary is the project contact who completes tasks and coordinates with the other internal partners implementing the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates the tax, garnishment and employee pay implementation deliverables through the life of the project
Manages projects that range from medium to high complexity and handles escalations of the same level
Addresses specific implementation tasks such as bank setup and testing, garnishment testing and the collection of customer authorization documentation and sign offs
Communicates effectively with customers, internal business partners and third parties to ensure all activities for the PS implementation are completed in conjunction with the other UKG products and services to meet target dates
Utilize Payment Services implementation methodology, coordinates all aspects of the Payment Services launch assignments and ensures compliant customer setup prior to activation
Develops a positive relationship with each customer and partners to resolve concerns in a timely manner
Manage multiple competing priorities with tight deadlines in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Manage projects in an organized, proactive, and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments
Mentors and trains new hires
Communicates potential consequences and holds customers accountable
Prepares customers for their responsibilities once they are live and transitioned to Customer Support
Participate in initiatives to improve PS Launch processes and rollout new technology internally and to Customers
Update project status daily to keep all tracking tools current for leadership visibility
Work on stretch assignments and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Highly collaborative skill
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-starter with moderate oversight by management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent levels of skill, knowledge and work experience
Ability to troubleshoot for challenging problems with tools and software team uses regularly
2-3 years’ USA payroll and multi-state and local tax filing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Service implementation experience a plus
Experience working directly with customers using various communication methods including phone, email, MS Teams/Zoom and PowerPoint
Process/operational excellence experience a plus
Experience with a Project Management Office (PMO) environment that utilizes scheduling to monitor progress
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred
