Job Summary:
UKG is seeking a customer focused and highly energetic individual to join our Payment Services Team. Payment Services strives to deliver exceptional quality service through the life cycle of our customer partnership. As part of the Payment Services Launch Team, the Implementation Rep Profile Builder is responsible for specific implementation tasks which are necessary to accomplish a compliant and timely start.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Partner with the PS Launch Primary and the Global Delivery team to provide support for new implementation projects to a particular business segment.
• Build customer tax profiles and input beginning tax balances using supplied documentation and/or through customer communication.
• Utilize Payment Services implementation methodology, ensure compliant customer setup prior to activation.
• Partner with customers to resolve any setup problems in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers, internal business partners or third parties to ensure their assigned activities are completed by the milestone target dates.
• Ensure Customers understand how to set up tax codes after they go live.
• Manage multiple competing priorities with tight deadlines in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Meets project milestones by target completion dates established in project management tool.
• Help train and mentor new hires.
• Manages a moderate to large group of projects wish different start dates simultaneously
• Participate in initiatives to improve PS Launch processes and rollout new technology internally and externally.
• Update project status daily to keep all tracking tools current for leadership visability.

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Associate’s degree in a related field or 1 – 2 years of related experience
• Experience working directly with customers
• Ability to troubleshoot for simple to moderate problems with tools and software, team uses regularly
• Data Entry experience
• Types by touch (i.e. typing with 10 fingers)
• 1 -2 years of US payroll and multi-state/local tax experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with data auditing, case management experience, and data control
• Process/operational excellence experience is a plus
• Exposure to a Project Management Office (PMO) environment that utilizes scheduling to monitor progress
• 1 – 2 years of service implementation
• Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) a plus
• Experience managing through conflict and de-escalating complex (simple to moderate) customer situations
• Experience working directly with customers over the phone
