Description
As an Integration Consultant, you will be an integral member of a dynamic team owning the launch of our Human Capital Management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and providing excellent consulting services to our customers while ensuring the quality and excellence of requested integrations. Performance is typically measured by the delivery of agreed-to solutions within budgeted hours.

In this role you will be responsible for:
As part of the Global Integration Team, you will work with a variety of members including implementation teams and the integration team to provide delivery and support of integration requirements for UKG Products.

• Work closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time and within budget
• Ability to assess, design, and develop integration meeting customer requirements
• Ability to assist Sales, Presales, or Services teams with integration discovery and scoping
• Must be comfortable working within a cloud-based environment
• Lead internal and external meetings with Enterprise customers and vendors
• Manage integration timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources
• Maintain project management tools for all integration projects

Qualifications

To be successful in the role you will bring:
• Proven successful experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using Boomi or SAP CPI or Mulesoft or any equivalent integration platform
• Demonstrated communication skills – written and verbal (internal and external facing)
• Experience in database querying, programming and web services, web transfer methods, file management, and cloud technology
• Experience with Enterprise and Complex customers typically with multiple phases and regions or countries
• Strong experience in a Professional Services consulting environment is highly preferred
