Our unique “state of the art” HR Service Delivery platform provides HR teams with the tools they need to provide great services while considerably decreasing the manual work behind the scenes and allowing companies to go paperless in their administration.

The purpose of the role is to translate HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) client’s technical business requirement into functional solution using our tools and technologies. We provide technical expertise to our internal professional services team to deliver a quality of service in line with our pricing book and offer the best implementation experience to our final clients.

Key responsibilities:

- Qualify internal requests and act as a technical consultant for any internal stakeholders
- Develop, implement, document, and execute standard integration operations procedures that include platform creation, SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) set up, API automation, massive file migration/ingestion and various back-end operations.
- Integrate technologies, processes, tools, and methodologies to mature SaaS (Software as Service) Operations services (procedures, application management tools, monitoring and more)
- Ensure satisfaction of our internal stakeholders acting like a technical expert and advisor
- Enable client facing team to address technical project with their clients.
- Act as a liaison with product or other teams regarding changes and roll-out product related topic.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to work within a remote team. Ability to work on distributed remote agile teams with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Organizational skills and a curious mindset are necessary.
- Fully bilingual in English
- Python/BASH usage and/or scripting
- Experience in troubleshooting issues and/or IT (Information Technology) development knowledge
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
- Working knowledge of Linux and understanding of Linux-based software stacks
- Experience with basic networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, DNS
- APIs experience (usage or development)
- Knowledge of monitoring technologies (Datadog, Sentry)

Education :

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
