Knowledge Strategists play an essential role in supporting Field Enablement’s ability to deliver outstanding knowledge and support for Global Delivery Services resources. This individual works to optimize knowledge capture, curation, and contextualization efforts, contributing to the work of both Field Enablement and other Global Delivery Services teams. This role capitalizes on product, process, and Global Delivery Services role expertise to assist in informing programs, development plans, and other cross-functional initiatives.


Knowledge Strategist Responsibilities
• Create and contribute to Knowledge Strategy Plans for your specific subject matter, Learning Solution Plans, and Release plans, outlining the details, content, and appropriate distribution channels.
• Provide guidance for constructing Field Enablement program plans, cross-functional project teams, SME teams, change management plans, communication plans, and success metrics for programs across Field Enablement.
• Work with cross-functional partners to collaborate on new and leverage existing knowledge for the benefit of Global Delivery Services.
• Coordinate with other Knowledge Strategists and others across Field Enablement to identify knowledge priorities and identify knowledge gaps.
• Inform Learning efforts by sharing assessments of training needs, Global Delivery Services impacts, and practical experience gleaned from interaction with Global Delivery Services teams.
• Enhance and evolve product, process, and role expertise to support all project team resources, including UKG Partners.
• Respond to requests by identifying existing knowledge and relevant content, or by customizing materials to support Global Delivery Services activities

Role Requirements

• 2+ years of process improvement work experience in the software industry required
• Extensive knowledge of UKG core and strategic products offerings especially Dimensions Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, and SMS Shift Fill highly desired
• Experience with new products, releases, and services
• 5+ year experience working in and/or supporting a Global Delivery Services and Support organization
• Experience developing and sharing product requirements and testing new products
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organization and project planning
• Exceptional time management and prioritization
• Proactive and positive interaction across all levels of an organization
• Ability to develop strategic content plans
