About the Team
The Value Stream Acceleration Services team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into an enterprise SaaS product, with the goal of accelerating the delivery of value to customers. The team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams are delivering maximum value. About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Business Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team tasked with executing enterprise process transformation projects, leading process discovery and design workshops, coaching process owners, and measuring and reporting on process performance. Identify department functions and help identify, design, build and deploy improvements.

Responsibilities
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and synthesizes technical and business requirements to assist our teams in improving their processes, services, and gain efficiency.
Apply solid analytical ability to understand business needs and translate them into process and operational requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews to assess process (ad-hoc or formal) for current and future state development.
Research and document processes, identify issues and recommend process improvements.
Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness by researching, analyzing internal and/or external industry trends, markets, and other operational benchmarks
Develop metrics, collect data, analyze data to identify root causes, measure performance against process requirements.
Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives. Including project management, change management communication plan, training, and support.
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, and simulations
Develop documentation in line with Process Innovation team standards; provides stakeholders presentations and training as needed.
Conduct periodic process reviews to ensure process maturity and latest updates.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's in MIS, Business or related discipline, preferred
3+ years’ experience using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), preferably BPMN 2.0
5+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst, writing requirements in a software company.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals

Other Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, LEAN Six Sigma, data analysis, and industry tools (SIPOC, Process Mapping, Process Requirements), and process engineering methodologies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization, including virtualization.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, an aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with process modeling software (MS Visio, Lucid chart)
Experience with Work management and productivity tools (e.g., AHA, JIRA, ServiceNow, MS 365).
Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), preferred
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt principles, Lean or Six Sigma Certification at Green or Black Belt level, preferred
Knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, with an emphasis on requirements elicitation, experience using ‘Agile’ methodologies such as Kanban a plus
