Description
The Lead Business Process Consultant plays a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and implementing process improvements across various HR functions. They will work closely with HR professionals, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather data, analyze processes, and develop solutions that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and a passion for driving organizational effectiveness through process optimization initiatives.Responsibilities:
• Partner with Process Optimization team in the development of a scalable operating model for the HR organization.
• Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement within HR operations.
• Develop and enhance Service Catalog
• Build and sustain the roadmap projects, enhancements, and fixes
• Support system alignment and standardization with IT and other business units outside of People Team
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing HR processes, including workflow mapping, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and propose quantitative recommendations for process improvements, considering factors such as efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR professionals, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to implement process changes and measure their impact.
• Document process improvements and communicate changes to HR staff and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation related to internal and external processes
• Provide project management for new initiatives and process related to area of service
• Stay up-to-date on emerging HR trends, technologies, and best practices in process optimization.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, process improvement, or data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior process optimization or lean six sigma preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and assess process improvement opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills to work with all types of stakeholders at varying levels in the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills.
• Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
