Description & Requirements


• Perform analytical studies in a variety of areas, such as internal and external equity, competitive pay practices, incentive compensation, and emerging trends. Identify trends, draw conclusions, and recommend policy and/or program changes.
• Prepare cost modeling for global compensation programs and budget planning.
• Conduct large scale benchmarking and market reviews for groups due to organization or business process changes. Actively seeking market intelligence and industry specific data to inform appropriate solutions for assigned clients
• Key contributor in the administration of the annual compensation review cycle through analytical activities such as modeling, cost and trend analysis, and executive reporting.
• Prepare compensation analyses and partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation related matters such as offers, promotions, and internal transfers.
• Perform job evaluations for new, existing, or re-defined jobs to determine internal equity, grade assignments, exemption status, and eligibility for variable pay plans.
• Assist in the building and maintenance of global career and pay structures.


• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• 5-8 years of previous compensation or related analytical experience.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) desirable
• Strong quantitative, statistics, financial, and business acumen.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, and advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to manipulate and analyze data utilizing excel (vlookup functions, pivot tables, graphing, dashboards).
• Skilled at taking large amounts of data and identifying the relevant information, making key insights, and turning it into presentable/understandable material for various audiences
• Organized, detail oriented, flexible, innovative, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with PayFactors or other market pricing programs desirable
• Experience with UKG Pro or other HCM systems.
• High technology industry experience a plus.
• Effective collaboration, communication, and writing skills.
• Results driven, disciplined, and demonstrates a sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
