JOB OVERVIEWThe position will perform the role of a Finance Project Manager and Lead Automations.
Finance Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating business activities and managing the successful completion of tasks, milestones, and overall project deliverables, while working collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders. Leveraging an understanding of finance-centric goals and activities, the Finance Project Manager will proactively identify and mitigate risks and influence decisions to ensure a successful business and project outcome. This role will require coordination with Finance, FIPO (US-based Finance Integration Program Office) and IT on scope, process design, requirements gathering, testing, change management and training, communications, stakeholder analysis, and performance measurement-related activities.
Lead Automations will be responsible for collaborating with various Global Finance teams and stakeholders, including ones outside of Finance like IT, Global sales, Procurement, Customer support and Product teams & will provide for direct support to both our FIPO (US-based Finance Integration Program Office) team as well as the Global Finance Services organization in Noida, in identifying as well as developing automation solutions.
This position will be based out of UKG Noida office in India and will primarily operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST but is expected to operate during different hours based on global project driven requirements that include stakeholders across different time zones.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Utilize the project management discipline to coordinate and manage critical Finance process improvement initiatives, as well as some IT-led technology projects
• Identify, schedule and track project deliverables, milestones and required tasks and measure and report progress toward completion
• Act as an advocate for Finance and FIPO to ensure Finance business needs are met on time and with quality
• Proactively develop the business project plan, including finalizing scope and identifying needed resources in advance of project initiation
• Collaborate with the project team and other business and IT resources on project deliverables
• Communicate weekly status on individual projects to applicable parties
• Proactively identify and escalate project issues such as timing, missed requirements or resource constraints, and provide mitigation recommendations to management
• Lead or participate in retrospectives and celebrate team successes
• Contribute to the design and development of the Finance PMO offerings and project management-related processes and procedures
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset and global focus throughout Finance, and assist in promoting the adoption of new concepts and ideas
• Assist in identifying automation opportunities, participate in Robotics Process Automation in building bots and/or developing other standard automations such as macros to bring process efficiency.

Qualifications
Technical:• Experience with standard project management tools (Clarity a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and collaboration applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate RPA development
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or any other visual analytic tools preferred
Professional:
• Bachelor’s degree/MBA
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business project management or equivalent (PMP and/or Agile certification a plus)
• Experience with technology projects, including system integration, user acceptance testing and business readiness activity coordination (Finance project management experience a plus)
• Strong planning and organizational skills with proven experience managing projects, including cross-functional projects
• Excellent interpersonal, customer-orientation, collaboration, and business acumen skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
• Proficiency in understanding and translating internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define automation opportunities and shape transformation programs
Others:
• Ability to learn new methods, techniques, systems around project management and automations as per business requirements
• Proven ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely fashion
