Description

As a Member of the UKG Enterprise Endpoint Management team you will assist in the research, architecture, development, design, deployment and support of all endpoint technologies within UKG. The team is responsible for the global provisioning of endpoint imaging technologies, supported endpoint software and hardware platforms, the development of future endpoint technologies and providing executive level reporting. We provide expert level technical support both directly to UKG employees and IT support peers, providing the highest degree of customer service and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:-
Microsoft Endpoint Manager

Deploying, administering, and supporting Intune, Azure AD, Endpoint Configuration Manger, or Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS).
Building complex automated reporting from multiple data sources with PowerBI, Microsoft Graph and Kusto customised for various audiences.

Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Desktop OS deployment within an enterprise with Autopilot.

Windows OS, Mobile device OS, Client/Server knowledge, understanding of Cloud services, Mobile device configuration and app deployment.

Windows 10/11 OS deployment and update distribution Mobile device management experience using Microsoft Intune or EMS.

Implementing and troubleshooting Intune MDM for iOS, Android, and other supported OS’s.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline preferred. Equivalent senior level job experience will also be considered.

10+ years in an equivalent enterprise desktop role and experience working as part of a virtual team in a global, fast paced organization with over 10,000 endpoints.

Microsoft Certified in Azure/Microsoft 365 technologies
