As Learning Experience Designer, you join a team of professionals in UKG’s Global Delivery Services Enablement organization, focused on communicating the value of UKG solutions and delivering to our customers’ business outcomes, through training and educating our field resources.

Responsibilities
• Share your passion for developing and delivering impactful and engaging learning experiences
• Rapidly and iteratively design and develop learning content: Instructor-led and self-paced courses, hands-on exercises, guides, job aids, e-learning tutorials, simulations, knowledge assessments, webinars, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop learning plans, deliverables, timelines, and assist in managing learning projects
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate consulting skills and development, with changes in and improvements to technology and methodology
• Stay current in learning trends and recommend media, methods and approaches to foster and implement new ideas for training content design, development, and delivery

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required in Instructional Design, Organization Development or related field preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience designing and developing organizational training; consulting training experience preferred
• Knowledge of human capital management, workforce management, and Cloud/SaaS; UKG solutions experience preferred
• Excellent customer-facing consultation and communication skills, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer service
• Build and maintain productive relationships and effectively collaborate with a network of subject matter experts
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; dynamic and professional communication capabilities
• Design and develop training that incorporates adult learning theory and experiential design; experience in developing multiple instructional modalities, including instructor-led training, e-learning, blended learning, adaptive learning, synchronous and asynchronous learning.
• Visual design capability a plus
• Experience with social learning approaches and platforms
• Flexible and able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with learning project and task planning models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile, etc.)
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Highly proficient with Articulate 360 applications, Camtasia, Audacity, virtual learning environments (Adobe Connect, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Webex, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience working with learning management systems
• Innovative, creative, adaptable, and a quick learner
• This is a remote position with limited travel potential
• Work samples required
