Are you up for a challenging role that requires exceptional program and project management skills? As a Lead Learning Program Manager, Services Learning, you will be involved in developing and delivering groundbreaking learning, readiness, enablement, and skills development programs for our Global Delivery Services software implementation teams.

• Lead and manage learning, enablement, and readiness plans, programs and curricula, including implementation/deployment methodology, processes, tools, consulting and related skills.
• Develop, demonstrate, and expand knowledge of Services Learning curriculum and content design, development, and delivery approaches, project management and reporting processes, as well as learning management system technology, to support all program- and project management-related efforts.
• Be knowledgeable about the status of product-related learning plans, including cross-functional w workstreams; participate in product-related planning as required; explore and drive discussion around down-stream impacts of proposed and implemented changes to plans.
• Work collaboratively with immediate and extended team to gather information and requirements from stakeholders; develop cross-functional relationships that allow you to establish and manage learning plans and curricula to proactively implement anticipated changes.
• Lead and participate in targeted cross-functional efforts and platforms to cultivate innovation in deliverables and practice.
• Schedule, lead and/or attend meetings as identified – at times, to accommodate global time zones – and report out regularly.
• Lead and manage multiple learning projects simultaneously.
• Identify, develop, and implement program evaluation strategy, plans, and success measures.
• Leverage systems/platforms to develop and share quarterly and annual reports with business leaders.


• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering organizational training and learning programs and certifications is required.
• Possess outstanding program and project management skills, including the ability to successfully influence and lead at various levels of the organization.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, virtual work environment; adapt easily to change and competing priorities, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet or exceed tight deadlines.
• Excellent consultation and communication skills required, including gathering business requirements, presenting solutions and conveying value, managing expectations, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with a diverse range of experts across multiple teams and subject matter areas.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 apps (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Smartsheet required; working knowledge of Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline); knowledge of Cornerstone LMS.
• Able to flex work schedule to accommodate global time zones when necessary; travel up to 25 percent possible.
