**Fully remote**

We are looking for a Lead MDM Developer to join our BI & Data Warehousing team to help deploy and grow our Enterprise MDM platform. As part of this team, you will be engaged in a multiyear roadmap to deploy key master data entities (Accounts, Products, Vendors etc.) into our new MDM tool. This is a hands-on technical role, responsible for the design, development, and deployment of our MDM solution.
• Deployment of MDM solution for UKG’s critical master data domains like Customer, Vendor, Product, etc. using TIBCO EBX solution
• Work in partnership with Business Systems Analysts, Cross Functional Teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement business process workflows using EBX.
• Architect, design and develop custom workflows using EBX and Java extensions
• Design and establish data steward processes to manage data updates and data ownership, user guides, procedure manuals and data flow artifacts.
• Work with the Data Engineering team to design scalable data ingestion mechanisms to facilitate loading data from various sources (internal & 3rd Party, initial loads, and incremental streams/batches) into the MDM Staging environment as well as extractions for Data Warehousing and Reporting purposes
• Setting up match, trust and survivorship rules, Global search
• Creating standard reports and dashboards for monitoring queues.
• Partner with data security team and infrastructure teams to understand/establish protocols for data consumption, masking, and encryption of data.
• Lead data cleansing and quality efforts to deliver pristine mastered data; Using data deduplication, fuzzy logic, clustering of data and golden record maintenance.
• Implementing security controls and role-based access to data and workflows
• Develop and implement development standards and effective source code management and promotion.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Technology
• Around 5+ years’ experience in MDM development and data governance.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of a leading MDM tool
• Experience on Data modeling & Data Mappings (Landing, staging and Base Objects), Data validation, Match and Merge rules.
• Ability to analyze enterprise level data sources and determine relationships between disparate sources
• Well versed with best practices driven design and development including match rule tuning to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.
• Strong ability to understand, document and communicate technical architectures, standards, best practices, toolsets and solutions.
• Has created MDM Batch Jobs & set up Security for applications.
• Result driven mindset and ability to communicate and develop strong working relationships with people at all levels in a global environment.
• Experience with creating multiple complex hierarchies on MDM models (ragged, parent child, etc.)
• Preferred - Good knowledge of TIBCO EBX
• Preferred - Good knowledge of Java and EBX Rest API which includes but not limited to building custom Rest API.
• Preferred - Experience with technologies like Salesforce, SQL servers, Oracle and Azure cloud
