The Marketing Specialist works collaboratively with the Marketing team and interacts with all areas of the business to create and execute on campaigns, events and general Marketing activity.

This is an exciting role that will suit a team player with a can-do attitude, you will have exposure to all aspects of marketing including campaigns, digital and events. Working a hybrid role from home and office (Sydney or Melbourne), you will report to the Director of Marketing. #LI-Hybrid
The candidate must be a strong communicator and able to express ideas both verbally and in writing at all levels in the organization.

Your Responsibilities
• Develop campaign plans and manage them from conception to execution and reporting.
• Work with sales teams to support the development of key prospect and customer accounts.
• Increase brand awareness and generate pipeline through targeted campaigns and events.
• Work with external agencies to develop content to support marketing activity.
• Develop customer case studies.
• Event planning and execution for internally and externally run industry events, including in-person and virtual events such as webinars.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business and ensure these contacts are kept updated on relevant activities.
• General marketing activity.

Qualifications

The Successful candidate will have:
• University BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Clear and precise verbal and written communication
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Additionally, the following will be highly regarded:
• Relevant experience in SaaS B2B marketing
• Experience using Salesforce and Marketing automation platforms to design direct email campaigns.
• Experience with in at least one digital channel (i.e., email, SEO, SEM, programmatic media, etc.)
