Description & Qualifications


Highly technical network professional responsible for the design, deployment and support of advanced network and hyperconverged systems. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of computer platforms, network services and applications. In-depth knowledge of SD-WAN technologies, specifically SilverPeak edge Connect and virtualized infrastructure on converged compute platforms. This position also engages in performance monitoring and tuning of network systems and resolving network performance problems as they arise.


? Thorough understanding and working experience on converged compute platforms as they apply to Virtualized Network Functions. The new infrastructure systems are being deployed on this collapsed infrastructure requiring an understanding of VMWAre ESXi, FX2 hardware platforms, VSAN storage technology, Virtual Edge Platform (VEP) and virtual distributed switching.

? Experience in designing, implementation and support of hybrid infrastructure architecture which includes the on-prem datacenters and the enterprise presence in the public cloud (Azure/GCP/AWS).

? Solid understanding and direct hands-on experience with Juniper router/switches, Palo Alto, HP Aruba Wireless, Infoblox (DNS/DHCP) and out-of-band console server (Opengear).

? Collaborate with global IT teams on implementations, capacity planning and administration of next generation technologies.

? Partner with matrixed IT delivery organizations (e.g. PMO) to deliver project, sub-project and production support activities.

? Produce and update IT Infra performance reports and design document for IT operations team.

? Knowledge of distributed applications and interoperability.

? Possess end-to-end understanding of network services and authentication systems.
