Description
The Delivery Assurance Manager will collaborate with UKG partners to ensure delivery of all aspects of a product or service offering for UKG customers. This role requires the management of sub-contractors' backlog, monitoring project assignments, financial reconciliation, forecasting and overall customer satisfaction monitoring while working to allow UKG partners the necessary autonomy to be successful.Scope of oversight includes the following:
• Staff augmentation
• Partner owned projects on partner paper
• Partner owned projects on UKG paper
• Partner owned projects for UKG joint deals
• PSAT – Partner Satisfaction Monitoring
• CSAT – Customer Satisfaction Monitoring
• Go Live confidence and accountability
• Go Live announcements
• Reporting for Healthcare LOB:
• Bi-weekly leadership meeting update
• Monthly partner update
• Sales team reporting for partner availability for opportunities
The role involves extensive interaction with sales, support, administration, leadership, product engineering, and other members of cross-functional teams. Role requires updating multiple data sources to ensure accurate reporting and partner tracking. Customer-facing work is also required to ensure overall customer satisfaction with both the KG product and partner delivery.
The Delivery Assurance manager also will be familiar with resource onboarding and works to coordinate training and continued education for partners. This individual is expected to work autonomously while collaborating across functions to drive implementation efficiencies, partner profitability and partner individual performance.
Qualifications
• Three-plus years of project management work experience desired;• Broad knowledge of Payroll, Scheduling, Time & Labor management, or similar domain knowledge required; Experience working with UKG (Kronos or
Ultimate) products is preferred;
• Experience working with global teams;
• Experience managing an implementation team;
• Experience managing large software projects; Experience with cloud-based software preferred;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong experience scheduling, preparing, and delivering presentations and status reports;
• Superb written and oral communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team;
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
