The Senior People Analytics Consultant is responsible for conducting advanced analytics and thinking strategically about our people data to provide actionable insights across HR functional areas, HRBPs, and business leaders. The Senior People Analytics Consultant will work across HR functions such as Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to be a thought partner, draw conclusions, create models, elevate people analytics, and surface advanced insights to drive talent decisions and business outcomes.

• Conduct advanced analytics to ensure accurate statistical analysis and predictive insights from results. For example:
o What are statistically significant predictors of engagement and retention?
o Are there statistical differences between segments in manager performance?
o What is the effectiveness of some of our talent programs?
o What are the unique engagement drivers for different employee segments and demographics?
• Develop predictive models with our people data to enhance employee experience and inform HR strategy
• Provide analytics expertise and be a thought partner to HRBPs, business stakeholders, and other HR function leaders to help with their people analytics needs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into analytical requirements and tie cross-functional and lifecycle data together to create a meaningful story and provide HR strategy recommendations
• Elevate analytical knowledge and strategic thinking by being creative with analytics. For example: implement organizational network analysis (ONA), and enhance our text analytics and natural language processing (NLP)
• Provide insight into data governance strategies and enhancements for advanced analytics and new data discoveries


• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred advanced education MBA/MA/MS (computer and information science, economics, data analytics/science, mathematics, mathematical science, business administration/management, finance, organizational behavior, human resource management, industrial organizational psychology, organizational management)
• 7-10+ years of experience performing intermediate to advanced employee or customer analytics
• Understands statistics and statistical modeling, able to run analyses with R, SPSS, or other statistical tools
• Experience analyzing data to produce meaningful insights from multiple sources
• Experience in interacting with clients to discuss and present materials
• Ability to convey complex ideas simply and concisely
• Enjoys solving problems
• Strong data visualization skills
