These UKrewers are dedicated to delivering best-in-class solutions that transform how our customers work. With a passion for excellence, EPIC continuously pushes boundaries and strives to make a real impact in the world.

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with a demonstrated ability to work with leadership from Development and QA and other Product Managers to plan and deliver high quality, cloud-ready products for Enterprise customers. The scope of this position is to ensure best practices, creative thinking and a customer-first mindset are applied to all our Workforce Management initiatives, non-functional planning and decision making.

The right person for this position will apply their technical knowledge, product experience, and leadership savvy to ensure the supportability of our Workforce Dimensions Products.

Responsibilities will include:
•Working with senior management to drive strategy and subsequent requirements into the portfolio planning process
•Working closely with other product management and development teams to deliver against overarching business requirements
•Playing a proactive role in product planning and design to ensure the investments align with strategic direction and customer needs
•Participating in the entire lifecycle of the product, working closely with leadership teams across the company
•Building very strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company, including with engineering, marketing, sales, support and services
•Considering alternative solutions to functional and non-functional problems, along with other technical and product leaders

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
•BA/BS Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience
•7+ years of previous product management or equivalent experience
•Experience in Enterprise SaaS offerings, particularly in delivering resilient, scalable and highly available solutions
•Able to be onsite 3 days per week in our Lowell office, as of day one of employment

•Ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive to results
•Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects that cross functional boundaries and organizational levels to completion
•Strong technical acumen – ability to work closely with development teams on a range of technically challenging problems, including service oriented architecture
