We are searching for an experienced software Product Manager who thrives on building great products and enjoys working in an agile environment to lead products from ideation to delivery.As a Lead Product Manager, you bring skills in serving and partnering with key stakeholders, from internal users to customers, to service and support teams. You have a passion for working with products that are critical to UKG and that will assist in delivering value to our customers and internal organizations and to help execute on our overall UKG vision.
The Lead Product Manager defines and evangelizes the overall strategy and vision for a single product in a portfolio. You understand the customer and market needs and drive development priorities to maximize the product value.
Key responsibilities:
• Support the definition of the product strategy and direction of investment as it relates to a product in the Payment Services Product area
• Articulate clear product vision aligned to the overall strategy for the portfolio
• Effectively communicate that vision and its priorities to different teams and stakeholders
• Serve as expert on current state of the product with relevant metrics, benchmarks, and usage data
• Drive the roadmap and empower the product and engineering teams to fully own and develop the features
• Build strong relationships and influence internal partners
• Foster a strong product culture for the entire team based in best practices
Qualifications
Required:• 5-7+ years technology Product Management experience
• Experience working with both technical and business user communities
• Experience with Agile development methodology
Preferred:
• 3-5+ years knowledge of SaaS product management
• Payroll or Payment Services experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable and experienced presenting to various audiences and levels
• Experienced with the use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
**The anticipated travel with this role will be closer to 10% per year - one week to India and shorter domestic trips to other offices or company events.
We work in a hybrid model at UKG, coming together on site 3 days per week, working remote for the balance.
