Description

•Work with engineers in UKG Flex Product Development team to build a workflow (BPMN based) service for all UKG applications.
•Own the strategy and roadmap of the workflow service.
•Work with cross-functional teams (including cross-product domains Support, Services, Sales and Marketing) to define clear requirements and readiness deliverables that ensure an exceptional SaaS customer experience.
•Define and implement metrics and alerts for your services in order to drive optimal customer experience and supportability
•Continuously update knowledge about how your services are used and applied by other products in the suite and our customers, along with the technology options for delivering those services

Qualifications

Qualifications:
•5-8 years experience working as a Technical Product Manager working with an Enterprise-level SaaS offering or other relatable technical/product management experience.
•Hands-on experience with the development and management of APIs and Microservices as a product.
•Ability to lead/influence business and technical teams in a matrixed environment.
•Adept at developing and delivering complex products at high velocity and with aggressive deadlines.
•Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company, including engineering, marketing, sales, support, and services.
•Track record of taking ownership and driving adoption of platform products and services
•Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change quickly and easily.


One or more of the following is also desired:
•Experience with a BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation Tool) Platform such as Activiti or Camunda
•Software engineering background with experience building scalable microservice
•Well-versed in agile methodologies and tools - including Confluence, Jira, Slack - and experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
•Experience working for leading SaaS companies with a diverse customer base spanning small business owners, SMB, and enterprise.
•Experience with enterprise technology, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), serverless computing and/or public clouds
