We have a fantastic opportunity at UKG for a Lead Product Manager!

Collaborating with remote product leaders and peers, and working with multiple development teams, you will be responsible for delivering on the UKG Talk road map. UKG Talk is the engagement platform for UKG Pro suite. Talk provides the tools to enable organizations to build and grow their own unique communities. As lead product manager for the engagement team, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver the road map, responding to an ever-changing environment while still meeting market commitments.


Job Responsibilities:
• Takes accountability for the successful delivery of all roadmap releases and features along with achieving product goals and KPIs.
• Defines product features of releases and represents business requirements to the technology organization.
• Works with internal stakeholders to position products & features, design demos, developing training courses, and to ensure general organizational readiness.
• Breaks the product vision into product releases and features that continuously deliver value to the customer.
• Assists services and engineering troubleshooting product escalations from customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 4 or more years' experience in product management
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with teams located internationally
• Experience supporting accessibility and WCAG standards
• Functional and technical knowledge of Workforce Management and Human Capital Management
