Description & Qualifications


The Operations Analyst will serve as a business partner to the Professional Services Leader supporting business strategy, performance and operational execution for the specific, Practice, Vertical or Geography. The role will work closely and collaboratively with leadership to proactively monitor performance and provide recommendations to ensure the business is meeting its objectives. The Operational Analyst will support the development of key Professional Services business processes and act as a conduit to the field to ensure understanding and adherence. This role will be integral to the change management process ensuring adoption of new processes and tools through effective collaboration, communication and performance measures. The Operations Analyst will provide representation and feedback to global groups to ensure business process, system requirements and enablement programs are in line with Practice/Vertical/Geography business needs/strategy.


• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5 + years of Financial and/or Operations business experience. Previous experience supporting a Professional Services organization is a plus
• Experience in managing multiple cross-organizational relationships
• Has developed core business processes, documented and continually optimized
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and partnering skills are critical to this position
• Proactive work ethic required to manage to high level objectives, identify room for improvement, develop and execute plans
• Advanced financial, and business acumen
• Attention to detail, distinctive problem solving, analytical and strategic capabilities
• Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize and get things done
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools a plus
• Working knowledge of systems such as professional services automation applications (e.g. Financial Force, Open Air) and desired

Colorado Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $83,600 to 120,200, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
