UKG is hiring a Software Engineer who is high on energy, enthusiastic and eager to work on the Microsoft technologies. As part of the role, you will be expected to work on and lead many aspects of web application development, designing to produce high quality software.

• Developing software products using modeling techniques and software design patterns
• Work closely with the engineering team on technology concepts and ensures compliance with best practices for design
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot the production issues
• Interpret informal requirement descriptions and detail them for technical teams consumption
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality and conformance to product standards
• Good knowledge of SDLC
• Ability to communicate information effectively to customers at various organizational levels
• Demonstrate good analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.


• 3+ years of IT industry experience working with product companies/top tier services organization
• Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery and SQL Server.
• Experience in ExtJS, DevExpress, MSMQ, WebAPI, SOA, Web services and IIS
• Experience in Object oriented programming
• Good experience in unit testing processes and tools
• Exposure to database techniques/tools such as data modeling, SQL etc.
• Experience in using one or more ORM frameworks such as NHibernate
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development)
