It is a modern, flexible solution that delivers consumable, on-demand content, when and where it’s convenient for the learner. We are looking for a talented Lead Software Engineer to join our team.

• Lead the development of new customer features
• Collaborating with 3rd party Learning Management System (LMS) partners on new features
• Mentor other software engineers on the team helping them grow their technical and non-technical knowledge
• Foster the culture of delivering quality software in a timely manner and continuously improve the development process


• Comfortable working with SQL (e.g. MS SQL)
• Experience working with C#, CSS3 and modern front-end framework (e.g. Angular or React)
• Written and implemented automated unit, system, and integration tests
• 5-8+ years of experience developing software systems preferred
• Contributed to and supported products that went to production preferred
• Professional experience with C# software development and architecture preferred
• Experience collaborating with 3rd party partners or offshore teams to deliver software solutions preferred
• Experience with agile software development practices such as Kanban or Scrum preferrred
