The Performance Development team is looking for a motivated Lead Software Engineer to maintain and build one of UKG's flagship offerings, Performance Reviews. The Performance Reviews product is a cornerstone of UKG's core Human Capital Management (HCM) suite of products and encompasses everything a company needs to conduct performance reviews.

• Lead the development of new customer features.
• Mentor other software engineers on the team helping them grow their technical and non-technical knowledge.
• Foster the culture of delivering quality software in a timely manner and continuously improve the development process.
• Participate in customer calls with other team members to troubleshoot product issues with our customers.
• Be able to identify patterns in recurring customer issues and work to resolve them permanently.

Qualifications

• Development experience with C#, Webform with ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery.
• Mobile development experience with Ionic Angular or React.
• Back-end experience with SOAP web services, WCF web services, Restful APIs.
• Relational database experience such as SQL Server or similar.
• Experience writing automated tests at all levels of testing.
• Able to discuss technical challenges with non-technical people.
• Impeccable debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, design patterns, code reviews, build processes and testing.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
