UKG is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for our Noida location to contribute to our team's mission of integrating performance and resiliency into software development. In this role, you'll develop scalable and efficient solutions, working with cutting-edge technologies and a team of talented engineers. - Contribute to the design and development of software features that meet customer and business needs.
- Participate actively in Agile development cycles, collaborating with team members to build comprehensive software solutions.
- Implement advanced software solutions that are scalable and meet the project's architectural standards.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to understand and apply software architecture principles.
- Support the continuous improvement of the development process through proactive feedback and contributions.
- Engage in the creation of technical documentation, supporting the clarity and comprehensiveness of software designs and specifications.
- Provide development estimates based on detailed analysis of product requirements.
- Uphold high standards of quality in software development, adhering to best practices and contributing to process enhancements.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Technologies:- Proficiency in NodeJS or similar backend development stacks.
- Familiarity with SQL/MongoDB for effective database design.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes for deployment.
- Proven track record in SaaS application development.
- Agile development methodology experience.
Desired Experience Level:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, demonstrating a strong foundation in coding, design, and architecture.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
