Description & Qualifications


We are hiring software professionals who are high on energy, enthusiastic, and eager to work on cutting-edge technology. As a Quality Assurance, one will be expected to follow the modern test methodologies and processes throughout the software development lifecycle. The candidate must demonstrate good analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Work closely with the engineering team to design, test, and deliver Workforce applications
• Identify, develop, document, and execute test scenarios/test cases to ensure quality product releases and compliance to requirements
• Ensure all tests are automated using the technology and framework implemented for the project
• Ensure automation test suites are executed and maintained for any product, script updates
• Should have good knowledge and experience of functional testing, automation, reporting defects along with root cause, troubleshooting skills
• Ensuring proper functionality and performance of a wide variety of applications and platforms
• Good knowledge of SDLC/STLC
• Good knowledge of test design techniques and test case reviews
• Ability to communicate information effectively to customers at various organizational levels


• 5-8 yrs of IT industry experience working with product companies/top tier services organization
• Proven Experience in domain excellence and capturing requirements
• Experience testing using Linux environments
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Test NG, Jenkins, REST assured, JAVA is a must
• Ability to write intermediate SQL Queries
• Preference for prior testing work experience in Java/Oracle technology stack
• Proficiency with a version control system, preferably GIT
• Good experience in test management tools like JIRA

• Process-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-through
• Excellent problem solving with good documentation and communication skills
• Software quality assurance experience of object-oriented solutions, web services, micro-service architecture, test-driven development, and acceptance testing
• Ability to work with external and/or internal customers to test completed projects against specification requirements
• Ability to develop test cases, perform test execution and provide results analysis
• Ability to create and execute tests at various levels, including unit, functional and integration
• Ability to perform cross-browser testing to validate functionality across supported browsers
