Description & Qualifications


UKG is hiring a Lead Software QA who would be accountable for the quality of the product by developing and executing test strategies to ensure quality releases. The candidate must demonstrate good analytical abilities, attention to detail and verbal & written English communication skill. We are looking for Test Engineer with excellent debugging, automation and manual testing skills.

Work closely with developers to design and deliver the key components of UKG Workforce Dimensions.
• Responsibilities include developing and executing test strategies to ensure quality releases
• Perform and define structured functional application, integration and regression testing activities
• A demonstrated ability to deliver quality product releases on schedule using risk analysis and defect containment practices, test automation and continuous improvement initiatives are key to this position
• Working knowledge in testing techniques like Selenium, RestAssured .
• Responsible & accountable for the quality of the product for the project
• Automate manual test cases and execute automation suite on periodic basis
• Able to analyze tests and validate failures based on the logs and daily runs.
• Able to perform API level testing.
• Able to debug the test failures and fix the analysis.



*A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
*5-8 yrs experience
*Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology.
*Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools like Jira and ALM
*Experience in SaaS & Cloud based application testing
*Familiarity with source control systems (GIT bit bucket)
