UKG is seeking a Lead QA Automation Engineer to join our team developing and running automated tests for our Platform Developer Quality group and ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality product releases. Put your Software QA Engineer and automation capabilities to work in a collaborative exciting Agile SDLC work environment, driving the quality of our newest and greatest best in service Global Workforce Management UKG Dimensions SaaS offering.

Job Responsibilities:
-Decompose requirements and user scenarios into test scenarios and test cases
-Develop and maintain UI and API Test Automation framework and scripts for the UKG Tools
-Working knowledge in testing techniques like Selenium, RestAssured
-Continuously improve upon the productivity and efficiency of our automated testing efforts using innovative tools and techniques
-Setup/configure/maintain automated testing environments in a continuous integration setting
-Transform manual test documentation into robust, efficient automated test scripts
-Participate in elaboration of test documentation, execute tests, and monitor results using application lifecycle tools
-Strong debugging skills and good understanding of defect life cycle and fine test failures and fix the analysis


-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred
-5+ years' experience in Software Quality Assurance (Java / Selenium) or other related discipline with direct involvement in automated testing of web applications
-Experience with version control tools (GIT, bitbucket) and familiar with technologies like Docker/Kubernetes/VM/Jenkins
-Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools like Jira, ALM or TestRail
-Experience in Agile methodology
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience in SaaS & Cloud based Technologies like GTC, Kubernetes and deployment
