About the team:
UKG is looking to hire a Lead Software QA Engineer to join our EPIC (Engineering, Product, Innovation, Cloud) organization in the GPTW (Great Place to Work) R&D. Our team develops extensible solutions that enhance the delivery of data.

About The Role:
As an engineer in EPIC, you'LL be responisble for designing, developin, and maintaining the set of services and applications that make this data flow process possible, and do so in a highly collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Software QA Engineer, you’ll be embedded on one of our DEIB development team. You will be engaged in feature development focused on integrating sentimental data into an internal product at UKG, in order of enriching and adding value to our solution.

Responsibilities:
-Lead and execute comprehensive quality testing to ensure the seamless integration of sentimental data into UKG's internal product.
-Collaborate with the development team and other members of the DEIB team to understand requirements and functionalities related to the sentimental data integration.
-Design, develop, and maintain effective test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage and early issue detection.
Automate testing where possible, enhancing efficiency and scalability of testing efforts.
-Document and track quality issues, working closely with the development team to address them in a timely manner.
-Participate in code reviews and provide quality and reliability-related feedback.
-Contribute to the continuous quality improvement process and offer insights for optimizing testing practices.

Qualifications

About You:
Basic Qualifications
+5 years of experience in automation testing
-Knowledge on Tools: Nightwatch, Jira, ALM, Test Rail, Jenkins, GIT, Postman, K6.
-Experience in database MongoDB
-Experience in performance and stress testing.
-Experience with developing and executing Test Plan & Test Strategy.
-Good analytical skills, teamwork and fast learner.

Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor`s degree in engineering or similar
-Strong Communication skills
-Experience mentoring and leading others
