Description
• Consult with the customer to understand their long-term budgeting and workforce planning needs and requirements• Map current business processes to the workforce planning solution
• Document and design a solution to meet the business needs and requirements
• Share common and best practices in the industry around budgeting as well as common pitfalls and pain points
• Translate the business needs and requirements into configuration in order to successfully implement UKG budgeting following our prescribed methodology
• Guide the customer in the best use of the application including workflows, process steps, and decision points
• Assist in the testing of the application to ensure not only proper setup, but also that we are achieving desired results. Manage customer expectations, triage and resolve issues as they arise.
• Serving as a strategic advisor between UKG and our customer, conveying customer feedback to product development staff
• Providing both pre-sales and service support where domain or product expertise does not exist within the organization
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and support to other team members regarding product function
Qualifications
• Significant experience delivering enterprise software implementations• Deep knowledge and experience with, budgeting, long term volume and labor forecasting and staffing would be a significant advantage
• Deep knowledge of labor models, labor standards, and forecasting algorithms would be a significant advantage
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and Office application skills
• Ability to resolve complex system or business issues, often thinking on their feet, and offering multiple creative solutions or options.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group discussions with senior executives.
• Ability to work closely and build relationships with client teams
• Ability to work independently and remotely across time zones, as well as contribute in coordination with a team.
• Self driven with the ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
• A passion for service, pride in the quality of their work, and the instinct to follow through until a job is properly done well.
• Industrial Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience desired
• Flexibility to travel as needed up to 50%
