Description & Requirements


The Solution Consultant is responsible for implementing UKG Dimensions solutions using UKG products in customer environments such as multiple locations and/or departments in hardware/software, multi-vendor, or multi-protocol environments.

As the Solution Consultant, you will sculpt the design of the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will also work in a team environment at customer sites to implement and support products that UKG sells to its customers and will work closely with the UKG Project Managers to complete tasks delegated by the project managers toward completing system implementations.

• Using professional concepts, implement our workforce management/ human capital management software in various environments
• Facilitating workshops to identify requirements, documenting the requirements and developing prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer
• Configure software applications
• Understand and configure software interfacing products
• Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors
• Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution, and knowledge transfer (application orientation) during the handover of the system
• Analyze enhanced requirements and creating process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
• Advise customers on system configuration, industry-specific features and system processes and procedures


• 4+ years of Consulting/customer implementation experience in a technical environment, preferably in Workforce Management
• Software applications implementation experience required
• Experience working with SQL relational database management systems. SQL scripting knowledge a plus
• Flexibility to travel as needed. Up to 50% travel
• Broad knowledge of labor-management, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Central and/or Workforce Dimensions a plus
• Scheduling and leave administration experience is a plus
