Description & Qualifications


As the Lead Solution Consultant, you will sculpt the design of the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will be viewed as a trusted adviser for Workforce Management within the Healthcare vertical (Acute, Post-Acute, Sub-acute & Ancillary Healthcare) You will also work in a team environment at remotely or at customer sites to implement and support products that UKG delivers to its customers and will work closely with the UKG Project Managers and peers to accomplish activities along a set and proven methodology.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Advanced Consulting skills in the areas of industry knowledge, product and processes
• Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments
• Perform business process analysis
• Configure software applications
• Follow practices and procedures in analysing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors
• Provide knowledge transfer for customers
• Analyse enhanced requirements and creating process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications
• Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures


• At least 3-5 years of consulting project experience
• Broad knowledge of labour management, Scheduler, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• Must have domain knowledge of Workforce Management, preferably UKG
• Experience in the delivery of either Time and Attendance or Rostering or both will be highly preferred
• Working experience in a healthcare environment with labour management applications required
• Flexibility to travel as needed
• Nursing or Clinical Rostering background would be a bonus
