As a Sr. Strategic Program Manager, you will be focused on the design, implementation and execution of the Business Data & Analytics team engagement model, operating model, and strategic planning approach. Close partnership with leaders and organizations outside of the immediate team will be essential, as you will compile project/program data that will influence decisions at a senior level. In this role, you will manage and support highly complex initiatives working with both technical and non-technical team members. You will need innovative thinking balanced with an operational focus to implement efficiencies and programs at scale.

Strategic Planning & Implementation

• Work with Business Data & Analytics Leadership to develop a comprehensive engagement model, operating rhythm, and approach to strategic planning

• Implement, support and maintain ongoing engagement model and operating rhythm execution

• Support annual and ongoing business operations activities, including: Strategic Planning, Budget, Vendor Management, Employee Feedback, Communication

• Prioritizing roadmap items among stakeholders (while accounting for internal resource alignment) to ensure maximum value delivered at each step

Cross-Functional Engagement

• Partner across the enterprise to find ways to optimize how we work together to deliver on UKGs desired Business Outcomes

• Collaborate across the Transformation organization to drive consistency and continuous improvement related to stakeholder engagement and portfolio management

• Communicate strategic plans, portfolio updates and program status to key stakeholders

• Translating requests into the larger program to achieve a unified direction of work


Subject Matter Expert & Coach

• Define, enable and refine program management best practices across the Business Data & Analytics Operations team

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to help drive successful program and operational outcomes

• Discovery and execute forward-thinking and innovative ways to achieve business outcomes

• Identify develop, and implement tools and metrics to drive operational/program management success


Team Engagement

Drive Employee Engagement efforts including but not limited to Recognition, Awards and Feedback programs/survey efforts across the team to achieve overall business and cultural priorities.

Co-lead efforts to assure high employee morale, and positive work environment through new hire onboarding plans, All Hands, and inclusiveness of remote employees

Qualifications

•8+ years of project management experience with at least 4+ years leading complex enterprise programs
•Strong understanding of project and program management best practices and project methodology, tools, and techniques
•PMP, PMI or Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus
• Ability to work within an agile environment and history of coaching to teams
• Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams and partners
• Ability to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results
• Accountable for driving optimal results for the business, while creating an environment of trust and collaboration
• Proven track record of delivering projects and programs from initiation through implementation
•Strong leadership and management skills
•Ability to influence and motivate teams and leaders across the enterprise
•Capable of finding innovative ways to solve problems
