Description & Qualifications


Lead and continually evaluate, scale, evolve, and deliver global talent planning services and offerings (relevant to talent strategy, talent review, and succession planning) in partnership with key stakeholders and in alignment with business, HR, and Talent strategies, priorities, and needs
Proactively strategize with Talent partners, HR business partners and consultants, and business leaders re: talent planning services and offerings
Provide consultative services re: talent planning, transition, readiness, and development services and offerings
Utilize quantitative and qualitative self- and multi-rater assessments to inform readiness and development
Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders in the global leader transitions programs


The preferred candidate has demonstrated:
Knowledge and application of concepts and models in the fields of talent planning and talent development
Consultation and coaching skills (written and verbal communication, questioning, observing, listening, analysis, synthesis, diagnosis, advising)
Experience with the interpretation and application of self- and multi-rater assessments
Small and large group facilitation skills
Program management skills
Experience working across countries/cultures
Fluency in English

- Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own discipline related to theories and best practices as well as the ability to apply practices, techniques, and standards while developing additional skill sets
- Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers; understands business concepts and how own role supports team objectives
- Receives a limited level of guidance and direction on daily work, detailed guidance on new projects or assignments
- Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, and precedents
- Contributes to team projects and goals; completes tasks that have an impact on own team
- Explains detailed information to others in straightforward situations
- Provide guidance to team members
