Description & Qualifications


This role can be based in the UK or in Belgium.
The Lead Total Rewards Consultant will assist with managing the development and implementation of reward programs, policies, and procedures across EMEA for UKG.
The successful candidate will work with the business to help determine Reward issues or opportunities across UKG EMEA. You will lead on operational EMEA reward tasks such as the annual cycle, salary structures and benefits administration.

As a Total Rewards Consultant you will:
• Ensure the delivery of all Reward administrative and operational processes across EMEA are in-line with policy and governance frameworks
• Execute cyclical reward programmes and provided direction and guidance on multiple reward matters including annual review and annual bonuses
• Guide business stakeholders and local HR teams across EMEA in all reward issues.
• Review total rewards policies on an annual basis to ensure compliance and fit for purpose.
• Provide updates on the latest commercial and/or technical developments in industry and reward profession, presenting potential impacts for UKG EMEA. Have an overview of changes to salary-related laws and practices affecting employees in EMEA region, maintaining information on local pay/benefits practices.
• When needed, liaise with IT and HR Tech team to provide requirements for system development and implementation.


• University level qualification or equivalent within Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent work experience or relevant professional body qualifications
• Extensive professional experience in a similar role within reward function (compensation and benefits function)
• Experience working with market salary surveys and compensation benchmarking systems
• General knowledge of EMEA employment laws
• Ideally have experience working in a matrix, multi-territory environment, experience with works councils advantage
• Ideally bilingual in English, Dutch is a plus
• Advanced Excel user skills with Strong financial acumen
• Project Management Experience
• Strong communication skills and organisational skills
