We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead User Experience Designer to join the team responsible for creating our next generation HR solutions. We are passionate about building products at scale that help employers become great places to work. Join us!

You have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail and bring extraordinary product and user-centered design principles. You grasp and distill user problems and translate them into delightful and engaging solutions that provide clear customer value. You can inspire a team, peers, and our UX community with your vision, expertise, storytelling and presentation skills along with your practical experience.

In this role, you will work closely with product and engineering partners and key stakeholders to clearly identify the outcomes we hope to achieve, explore potential solutions for customer pain points, pitch concepts, create and present designs, and advocate for the user experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities:
● Define product requirements, process improvements and policies by partnering with Product leaders across our suite. Build awareness of product roadmaps and business priorities. Lead product-level design discussions, workshops, decision-making and documentation.
● Provide product and design teams with thought leadership, validating design direction and guidance for complex features in the form of workflows, sketches at a wide range of fidelity, mockups, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
● Drive broad improvements to our product suite, grounded in sound user research and practical technical and domain knowledge, in alignment with overall business priorities.
● Champion the practice of design throughout our organization through strategic partnerships with other disciplines and departments.
● Uphold the principles and standards of our Design System in your practice, while cultivating its evolution and adoption.
● Base your design decisions on quantitative and qualitative data from research with our customers and collaboration with internal partners.
● Lead others (both peers and leaders) toward design excellence through influence. Contribute to the improvement of our community's design processes and practices through your experience and example for other practitioners.
