UKG’s Corporate IT Communications & Enablement team is seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer to deliver impactful and innovative learning experiences that strategically align to the needs of our business. To be successful, you must possess a talent for designing and delivering concise, audience-targeted instructional learning with a passion for creating a holistic learning experience that enables the success of teammates, cross-functional teams, and the, ultimately, our business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
• Serve as the dedicated Corporate IT Learning Designer for creating clear and concise training and performance support content focusing on UKG internal tools, like Gainsight, JIRA, Salesforce, and others.
• Identify learning objectives, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver content, including consulting with program owners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and content requirements
• Gather requirements, design, deliver, pilot, and engaging learning experiences, like webinars, interactive eLearnings, videos, virtual and in-person instructor-led courses.
• Transform technical information into professionally written performance support or engaging instruction, like job aids, online help, release notes, and other online tools to help teammates to be successful in their day-to-day job
• Identify issues, challenges, and gaps associated with content, training programs and materials, and to propose potential solutions
• Evaluate the outcomes of learning and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborate and build relationships with a high-performing team of product analysts, developers, designers, trainers, project managers, technical specialists as well as “best in class” vendors to determine scope, topics, and requirements for learning development projects
• Some after hour support, less than 10%, especially for our global audience, may be required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.



• Experience in a variety of instructional methods and training techniques including curriculum design principles, virtual learning environments, in-person facilitation skills, blended learning strategies and applying adult learning theories. At least two years preferred.
• Proven ability to develop technical/software related job aids and user guides that are easy to read and understand, accurate and up-to-date, and correctly formatted that adhere to company style guides and writing standards
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with a high capacity for influence, collaboration, and consensus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of e-learning authoring programs. Articulate 360, Camtasia, or Captivate is preferred.
• Skilled in virtual delivery tools. Microsoft Teams and Zoom is preferred.
• Self-starter that can work with minimal guidance, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a matrix reporting structure while managing conflicting priorities and aggressive schedules.
• Lifelong learner that seizes opportunities for continued personal and professional growth with a passion for helping others, current training trends and adult learning methodology.
• Eagerness to work in a cross-cultural, remote environment with team dispersed globally.
