We are seeking a customer focused UKG Learning Support Representative to provide front-line support to external customers. Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for building a strong working relationship with the customer base. Support is provided primarily by telephone and internet connectivity. You will be part of a team that plays a key role in supporting our award winning Human Resources, Learning solution. You will be providing in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for client issues. The ideal candidate should have experience with learning management software and content management systems. The UKG Learning Representative role requires sharp analysis, problem determination, and troubleshooting skills. The qualified candidate possesses broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. Qualified candidates are self-starters and highly-motivated to provide excellent customer service.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line support to external customers
• Build a strong working relationship with our customer base
• Provide in-depth analysis and timely resolutions/workarounds for our clients


• Strong verbal and written communication skills being able to communicate effectively via printed material, on the telephone, and over electronic services
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Support environment
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a content management training environment
• Prior experience following or developing defined staffing and retention programs, its policies and activities in support of company business objectives
• Professional experience developing instructional courses, training materials or creating online content.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Window Operating Systems/Applications and Microsoft SQL Server a plus
